I am a family physician, medical informatician, and second-generation Northwest Permanente physician where I have practiced since 1983. I have enjoyed creating photographs for more than 40 years, concentrating mostly on landscapes, people, and wildlife, recently especially birds.
This image was taken on a fabulous and stunning hike in the Tongariro Crossing on New Zealand’s northern island I am drawn to its textures, colors, and perspective.
