I am an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and a Partner in the Southern California Permanente Medical Group (Family Medicine, La Mesa Medical Offices) in San Diego, CA. I am also an enthusiastic photographer who focuses on capturing natural beauty in his work.
Early on, I was inspired by Eliot Porter’s work, and, more recently, by Karen Lee Carroll’s photographs. I am especially fond of garden surprises found within a few feet of my suburban home’s back door.
